FiberLog Demo is a program that allows users to measure the power level and total loss of a single fiber at regular intervals or manually. It will compare the results with a reference fiber that is taken at the start of the project and alert users when the measurements exceed user-specified limits.
FiberLog performs periodical or manual measurements on a single fiber. Monitoring measurement results (power level and total loss) are compared with the results of a reference fiber acquired at the beginning of a monitoring project.
Exceeding user specified limits issues an alarm for scheduled measurements or a warning message for manual measurements.
